This day long program will start off with the following topics:
The afternoon will consist of breakout sessions in three tracks: Loss Control, Technical and Career Development and will include presentations on: comprehensive safety analysis, using safety metrics to gain credibility, using LinkedIn and social networking to advance your career, contractor control,excavation overview, headhunting 101, what you need to know when you're looking to make a job change, legal aspects of safety consulting, fall protection update and how to be a successful entrepreneur. The presenters will include Dr. Todd Loushine, University of Minnesota Duluth; Tim Puyleart, IEA; Garry Kroft; Tom Vosberg, Hennepin Technical College; Lee Hutton, Lommen, Abdo, Cole, King and Stageberg; Mark Monson, M2 Safety; and G.L. Hoffman.
In addition, there will be vendor exhibit area and scheduled time for networking with your peers. The registration fee includes morning and afternoon refreshments, lunch, course materials and CEU certificate. Upon receipt of your registration, a confirmation letter with the agenda and other details will be sent.
Attendees will be eligible to win a variety of door prizes. The Grand Prize is one paid registration to Safety 2010 in Baltimore.
